ElectroGas Malta Ltd (EGM) is committed to respect your privacy and to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. is Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out the types of personal information we collect from you when you use our website, how we collect and process that information, who we share it with and certain rights you have in relation to that information. This Policy applies to the websites electrogas.com which is owned and operated by EGM.

“Personal data” means information relating to you or another identifiable individual.

 

Who is responsible for your personal data?

EGM is responsible for your personal data. EGM refers to Electrogas Malta Limited a private limited liability company registered under the laws of Malta, with company registration number C 60775 with its principal place of business at Electrogas Malta, Block D, ta’ Monita Residence, Piazza off St. Joseph Street, Marsascala MSK 1050.

 

Collection of your personal data

We may collect limited personal data your browser makes available to our website when you visit. The length of time personal data is retained, and criteria for determining that time, are dependent on the nature of the personal data and the purpose for which it was provided. For example, Curriculum Vitae sent to us will be kept for a maximum period of six months. Once your data is no longer required, we will permanently delete it in accordance with applicable law.

We do not sell, lease, rent or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties.
